When we bought our villa we weren't too sure who to turn to for information and advice. Then a leaflet came and from that we met Dave Hayes. We can honestly say that they have made a huge difference to our first time experience of property owning in Spain. We can get our villa cleaned and our sheets and towels laundered. This saves us a lot of time and baggage! Help and advice whenever we've need it. We have particularly found the Hayes Guide Book very useful.

After spending a very busy week when completing our house purchase in Spain, we were delighted to be able to spend the last night (of our visit) in our new spanish property.
When waking on the Sunday morning, we were a little worried that we hadn't sorted any Property Management service. We'd seen Dave's professional brochure but hadn't had chance to speak to him.
As if by magic, our doorbell rang ........... and there was Dave, all smiles and introducing himself. From that first moment we believe all our concerns regards 'property management' disappeared. We met up with Dave in the afternoon and signed up. We flew back that night knowing that our property was in safe hands.

When you are back in the UK, it is very reassuring to have someone on site who you can get hold of easily and you can trust to sort things out. All the negatives of having a holiday home are resolved by having people like Dave who provide an excellent personal service.
We were very impressed with their services. They were extremely helpful in taking us to shops so we could furnish and equip our lovely home. The Hayes Guide Book is an absolute must, directions and information we received allowed us to explore other areas on the Costa Blanca. They are both very friendly, trust worthy and professional in all they do.

Dave was one of the first people I met after receiving my keys to my new property and thank goodness I did. I can leave Spain and not worry about a thing regarding my house as I know they have everything in control. When I visit the house and garden are spotless. Clean sheets on the bed. Clean towels in the bathroom. I can leave after a relaxing break knowing everything will be taken care of. Highly recommend the orientation.

We are Dutch and have our house in Spain for rent and we come 2 times a year to Spain. We have a very good relationship by David for key holding and house cleaning!!! David is very kind, warm and friendly and we feel us just like home in Holland!!! They always want to help us when we have some things to arrange, and we have a lot of contact on e-mail! We like them very much!!!
